Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Malé, Alitho Maldives is a full‑service construction and real estate firm. Starting with island‑scale works like sports‑arena walls and school toilet blocks, the company now delivers foundations, superstructures and turnkey fit‑outs across Greater Malé and resort atolls .

Completed small-scale projects on our home island, such as:
• Outer wall refurbishment of the local sports arena
• Construction of toilet blocks for the island school
Took on additional island‐based contracts.
Began acting as a subcontractor for resort developments—small packages of work, but important “wins” that built our reputation
Awarded and delivered our first Greater Male’ Area contract: subcontracting site works at Hulhumalé Central Park.
Secured our first long‑term housing foundation contract at H. Newsoshine.
Executed foundation work for a 10‑storey residential tower—our biggest single‑value job to date.
Successfully completed foundations and structural packages on four separate 10‑storey buildings across Male’ City.
